• STEVEN S Y LI 李尚仁

    He is one of the founders of At Zero Design Limited. In his early professional experience, he was the key project and design architect of Shatin Centre Renovation and two residential towers: Supernova Stand and Glory Rise, all developed by Henderson Land Property Ltd. He subsequently joined Buildings Department of the HKSAR Government as a Building Surveyor and gained valuable connection and knowledge of statutory compliance and government procedures. In 2002, he received Honorable Mention in Professional Category of International Design Ideas Competition organized by International Union of Architects [UIA]. His Student Hostel proposal was awarded Honorable Mention in Clifford Chun-fai Wong Prize in Housing Design. His recent design works of New Territories Exempted Houses [NTEH] : Cyber Domaine, Tree House and Village Tetris were recognized by Hong Kong Institute of Architects [HKIA] and he was therefore invited to publish an article about NTEH on HKIA Journal in 2010. Over 60 nos. of completed Residential Houses and Apartments were designed and managed by him. In 2011, ATZ was the winner of HUGO BOSS Facade Design Concept 2011 competition. In 2015, ATZ was awarded the 2nd Runner-up of The 8th Hong Kong Lighting Design Competition and Hong Kong’s Most Valuable Companies Annual Award. Currently, ATZ has been working for flagship store projects for different high-end retail brands like OTTEGA VENETA/ CARTIER/ CELINE/ COACH/ DOLCE & GABBANA/ DIOR/ FENDI/ GIROGIO ARMANI/ GIVENCY/ GRAFF/ HUGO BOSS/ LONGCHAMP/ MCM/ MONTBLANC/ NIKE/ PANDORA/ QEELIN/ RALPH LAUREN/ TIFFANY/ VAN CLEEF & ARPELS and some renovation projects for prestigious shopping malls like HARBOUR CITY and SOGO in Hong Kong & China. ATZ is also the designer for Cheung Hang mall renovation for GAW CAPITAL.
